Job Description
In this multifaceted role, the individual establishes and manages strong customer relationships at all levels, driving future revenue growth by acting as the primary point of contact. They navigate escalation challenges, adeptly resolving decisions that threaten relationships across technical, operational, commercial, and program delivery domains. As leaders in project and program management, they oversee the delivery of large projects and portfolios, considering technical requirements, achieving program deliverables, project cost, timing, progress reporting, cash management, invoicing, and risk management. The individual continuously refines the clients process for program delivery, identifying and negotiating changes, and ensuring effective risk management through change management. They actively represent and promote the company brand, addressing areas of weakness and capitalising on growth opportunities. Additionally, they provide event support, attend Performance Management and Review Meetings, and uphold strict confidentiality in all aspects of their position.

- Substantial experience in overseeing the entire product life-cycle, from concept to delivery, including manufacturing processes.
