Sssts Site Supervisor

Fortress Maintenance require a SSSTS Site Supervisor to oversee trades/labour on a 15 week hotel refurbishment project near East Midlands Airport starting towards the end of March.

Days for the job are Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holiday Mondays.

The role will include:

- Each Friday getting handover from permanent Site Supervisor, ensuring there’s a clear scope of works to be achieved over each weekend

- Supervising skilled trades such as joiners, plumbers, electricians etc. ensuring works are completed to standard in line with customer spec

- Directing labour

- Acting as liaison with hotel staff, dealing with any issues or queries they have

- Ensuring all work force act in a professional and courteous manner when around customers staying in the hotel (will still be open, operating on a reduced capacity basis)

We are looking for someone who has previous experience of overseeing similar works and can work consistently on the days specified.

Working hours from 730am – 430pm with breaks, time and a half for Saturdays, double for Sundays/Bank Holiday Mondays.
