Responsibilities
• Assisting in tenders and projects for subsea process projects• Providing support to Design & Engineering staff• Ongoing development and tuning of PDM to increase functionality• Assisting and training PDM users• Working with IT and other PDM support personnel to support integration• Modelling of parts for inclusion to standard libraries• Ongoing support of admin dept providing PDM vault housekeeping• Co-ordination of PDM maintenance activities• Cross-business co-ordination and resource management• Mentoring communications leaders throughout the cluster• Organizing and managing the ROV, Tooling, and system related personnel• Training new personnel as necessary• Working on issues and documents in support of the Gas and Midstream Alaska Business Unit• Responsible for initial technical support to the shop floor• Responsible for Staff and Contractor personnel within Test/Assembly areas• Participate and drive process improvements within the Test/Assembly• Responsible for adherence to Engineering and Test/Assembly procedures• Understanding and implementation of the Company QHSE requirements• Management Accounting including annual plan budgets and forecasts• Management Accounting including monthly internal management accounting• Management Accounting including providing monthly management reports• Financial Accounting including monthly financial closing• Financial Accounting including local audit requirements• Financial Accounting including statutory accounts for legal entities• Financial Accounting including internal control procedures• Financial Accounting including liaison with external and internal auditors• Financial Accounting including overview of all internal control systems• Financial Accounting including cash control and reporting exchange control
Requirements
• Experience in subsea processing and boosting• Experience in PDM and IT support• Experience in communications and reputation management• Experience in managing ROV operations and emergency situations• Experience in legal support for the oil and gas industry• Experience in financial accounting and management accounting• Strong technical support skills• Knowledge of engineering and assembly procedures• Understanding of QHSE requirements• Experience in project accounting and cost control• Experience in finance and financial planning• Strong communication and leadership skills
