As our Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Making critical clinical decisions
• Assessing and developing person-centred care plans
• Providing safe nursing care, including administering medication and dressings
• Managing residents' medical conditions
• Helping and mentoring your team to create a safe environment for all
