Our client Nursing Home is a family-owned Nursing Home located in North Norfolk market town of Fakenham.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and their families.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Experience in dementia care, residential care, or a similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
