SalarySearch are currently looking for Band 5Staff Nurses to work within the NHS in the Harrogate area.
Ideally they would like someone full time however, adhoc shifts are available and they are willing to be quite flexible.
You will care for people in the hospital, both medical wards and surgical available. The teams are supportive and friendly and truly make a difference to peoples lives and are passionate about patient care.
Duties:
* Manage and deliver care to patients within the hospital
* Support and advice to patients and their carers in relation to their on-going treatment
* Bereavement support
* Health promotion for individuals, carers and communities
* Medication management
* Referral to other services if deemed appropriate e.g. Social service, occupational therapy
* Maintaining patient records
Requirements for the role:
* Minimum 6 months post qualification experience working within a community role
* Enhanced DBS
* Occupational Health Clearance
