Leaders In Care are looking for a Registered Nurse(RGN) to join a high-quality luxury care home in Rugby. With a salary of 49,192, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding clinic care is provided to residents.
The home has an amazing reputation, due to its modern facilities, award winning design features and high level of quality care provided to residents.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse:

• 
  Assist the Clinical Care Manager with responsibility for clinical care in the home to ensure continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident's care.
• 
  Lead the clinical team to ensure they are aligned with the vision and are operating from the Charter.
• 
  Assist with ensuring care plans are regularly audited and that they are appropriate to the residents needs and reflect the care being delivered.
• 
  Ensure medication is ordered, administered and stored in line with company policies and procedures and the NMC guidelines.
• 
  Develop and promote good communication with residents, relatives and team members.

Requirements for Registered Nurse:

• 
  An experienced qualified RGN
• 
  Experience in delivering high quality care.
• 
  Knowledge in dementia care
