The role:
- Assessing patients
- Taking samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures.
- Monitoring and administering medication.
- To establish and uphold the utmost level of care within the clinical setting.
- Adhere to the home's policies and procedures.
- Oversee the care and ancillary staff in the home.
- The individual in this role will guarantee the delivery of safe and efficient patient care while collaborating as a cohesive team member.
- Operate in alignment with the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and Behaviour for Nurses and Midwives 2015
