As a Staff Nurse in our Pre-Assessment at our Chester Hospital, it's vital that your a Registered Nurse. You bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC, as well as post-registration experience. You're passionate about patient care and it shows.
As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, you will:
Pre Operative Assessing patients undergoing a variety of operations including ORTHOPAEDIC, General Surgery , Colorectal , Urological , Gynaecology , Cosmetic and Plastic surgery .
We require you to have a good knowledge of history taking , understand the variety of procedures performed , health assessment and promotion and treat the patient in a holistic manner that incorporates a thorough assessment of the patients health condition , social circumstances and post operative recovery .
You will be familiar with Venipuncture , ECG recording and demonstrate good communication skills.
Computer skills and professionalism in communicating with Consultant Surgeons and Anesthetists is essential
