I'm looking for a Staff Engineer to join my client that is taking the banking world by a storm!
As a result of significant funding and success, they are looking to on board a Staff Engineer to help steer the direction of the platform and set the bar for the engineering standards.
You'll be emersed in their fast-paced environment and work amongst dedicated and innovated engineers. You will have exceptional hands-on skills, be a whizz at automation, have a 'quality first' mindset and be able to utilise your natural leadership skills by leading from the front and setting standards to uphold the highest calibre of engineering.
Some of your responsibilities include shaping the architecture, reviewing code, designing and implementing secure, reliable and scalable infrastructure and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver solutions that align with the business.
This is a truly amazing opportunity to join an exciting firm that are having a huge impact in the banking world. The nature of the bank is fully serverless, so you'll need at least 3+ years working in serverless environments!
Other requirements of the role are:
- Extensive Infrastructure and Automation background
- Core understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3 & Lambda)
- Solid Terraform, GitHub, CloudFormation and Jenkins.
- Exceptional Communication and Leadership Skills
- Developer background
- Your high calibre of engineering standards.

- Python / Shell experience
- DORA & SPACE knowledge
