If math and spreadsheets are in your comfort zone, then this dual role may be for you then join our brand-new mental health service, Oaktree Manor, which is opening early 2024.
Working 37.5 hours a week, you will support the service by managing their bank and overtime systems, ensuring the service is fully staffed and supported.
Your Responsibilities:
- Working with the electronic rostering system and bank and overtime booking systems to ensure the Hospital is staffed to the agreed levels.
- Checking daily staffing numbers around the Hospital. Pulling off the reports from the electronic rostering system and check for the gaps and put the shift out and record when they get accepted.
- Liaise with Ward Managers/Clinical Service Manager/ Hospital Director if there are any challenges with covering the site
- Issue staffing sheets daily by end of the day.
- Triangulation of shifts worked the previous day and updating the electronic system for accurate invoicing.
- Having flexible approach as the numbers can change several times throughout the day depending on the needs of the Hospital.
- Supporting newly recruited International Nurses with their wellbeing upon arrival into the country.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Confidently able to use a computer and Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of electronic staff booking systems
- Good Attention to detail
- Relevant experience of working in a similar environment.
