On-boarding Staffing Coordinator | Hybrid 3 days per week in the office | Banking | Belfast | £130/d Inside IR35 | 11 Months Contract
We currently have an exciting opening with our Financial Services client to join their Staffing Office team.
Here you will perform on-boarding, maintenance, and off-boarding activities to contractors.
Relevant experience working within previous Financial Services/Banking/Onboarding/Staffing industry experience would be highly desirable.
You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
Your essential experience / background will include:
- Highly computer literate
- Knowledge of Staffing Industry or Vendor Management systems
- 2 Years' experience of working in an admin or business office environment with the use of in-house computer systems.
- Minimum 1 Year experience of Relationship management - including internal and external clients/stakeholders to demonstrate ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communicator both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working in a team environment and using own initiative.
This role will be hybrid 3 days per week in the office, based in Belfast
Up to £130/day Inside IR35 (You will work through an umbrella company in this role)
11 Months' Contract
