SalaryGi Group are currently recruiting for our client based in Chesterfield, they are looking for an experienced Stainless Steel Fabricator and Tig Welder on a temporary to permanent basis.
Our client has been established 40 years, the successful candidate will be primarily based out of their site in Chesterfield with some travel between sites to assist with fitting and installations.
Applicants must have previous experience within Tig welding and stainless Steel Fabrication.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.00am - 17.00pm
Weekends and overtime as and when required, some of which is mandatory to the role, but paid at a generous premium.
Rate of pay: 16.00 per hour with a generous overtime and weekend rate.
Duties Include:
- TIG welding a variety of metals - aluminium and Stainless Steel being the most common.
- Ability to read and follow basic engineers drawings.
- Happy to complete overtime when necessary, paid at an increased premium rate of pay.
About you:
- You are an experienced TIG welder/fabricator with time served experience.
- You drive with your own transport and happy to travel to site locations.
- You have your own tools.
