We are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer for a large static retail site in Essex.
This engineer with be dealing with the site afabric maintenance as part of an existing team of engineers that include electrical and mechanical engineers.
This person will be dealing with basic plumbing, carpentry, floor and ceiling tiles, decorating, plastering, water testing as well as other maintenance
The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in commercial maintenance. They need to have a level 2 qualification in maintenance (mechanical, electrical, carpentry or plumbing)
Due to the nature of the site there could be some out of hours and weekend work (when needed)
Requirements
- Strong working background in building services maintenance
- Based in a commutable distance to Grays in Essex
- Happy to do the occasional out of hours work
- Level 2 building services qualification
- Good mechanical and electrical knowledge
