CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an electrical maintenance technician to join a leading facilities company. This is covering a large commercial site where you will be carrying out various electrical maintenance and troubleshooting duties.
The shift pattern consists of 4 on 4 off, days and nights, working between the hours of 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a customer facing highly responsive maintenance service.
- Undertake a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks and carry these out to a very high standard.
- Carry out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures.
- Carry out training to be able to provide Authorised Person duties
- Manage a small shift team consisting of Maintenance Craftsperson's and Maintenance Assistants.
- Heating and domestic water services
- General Electrical services such as lighting and power
- Air handling units
- Low voltage electrical distribution system and switchgear
- Emergency standby generating plant
- Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting
- Electrical control systems
- Building Management System
- Qualified time served engineer with post apprenticeship experience
- 18th Edition Desirable
- Cross-trade experience advantageous
- Salary £32,000 Plus £400 per month shift allowance (Maximum Salary £36,800)
