SalaryRandstad C&P are seeking a dedicated and skilled Static Maintenance Electrician to join our clients team on a large commercial property in Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for a stable, long-term position with a competitive salary and shift work that provides a balanced lifestyle.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of up to £37,500 per annum
- Shift work on an 8 week rota:
- Shifts are 12 hours each (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am).
- 4 days on and 3 days off
- 23 days holiday including bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds).
- 18th edition City and Guilds.
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
