CBW has a new opportunity for an electrical/mechanical bias engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis. This is working on a large commercial site in Nottingham with the idea candidate coming from a mechanical/HVAC background. You must have previous commercial maintenance experience and be familiar with PPM/reactive works. There are great career progression opportunities within this business so apply now! Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution, pro logic lighting)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• General building fabric
• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings

Requirements:

• Electrically or Mechanically qualified level 3 (C&G, NVQ etc)
• Experience working in a large commercial building
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer skills

Benefits:

• Salary up to 37,000
• 25 days plus bank
• Call out paid at 1.5x/2.0x
