Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support for optimal performance.
Embrace a flexible schedule with a rotating shift pattern. Enjoy 4-day weekends every week.
Shifts include 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), respond to reactive works, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Maintain effective communication with team members and clients, offering solutions and updates when necessary.
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key Attributes:
Possess 18th edition and other relevant electrical qualifications, including testing and inspection certifications.
