- The High Intensity Service Manager will work closely alongside the Senior Management Team to ensure that a high quality, Talking Therapies compliant stepped care service is delivered. You will support the service to exceed national standards of delivery and achieve optimum levels of clinical performance.
- The Service Manager will line manage other operational managers within the service and will act as an appropriate point of escalation.
- The role will be a mix of remote and office-based working. Candidates must be willing to travel to the Kent and Medway locality.
- Undertaking Clinical Audit, including action planning
- Experience of effectively managing a team
- Experience & knowledge of working in NHS Talking Therapies
- Experience of being part of making strategic decisions for service provision & leading change
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
- Leadership & management qualification (CMI/ILM or other recognised body)
- Talking Therapies recognised therapeutic qualification
- Supervisor training
- Experience of leading a team where there are changing priorities of needs
- Use of IAPTUS system
