Hours: 37 HOURS PER WEEK - EARLY FINISH FRIDAY!
We are recruiting for a proactive, self-motivated and detail orientated Administrator to join our client based in the Wigan area, on a full time, permanent basis.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Processing orders on internal database
- Invoicing clients accurately using Sage 200
- Liaising with suppliers regarding materials
- Updating internal database with stock information
- Maintaining inventory and stock management processes
- Supporting management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong systems knowledge
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Good numerical skills
