Stock rotation is a vital part of maintaining a successful retail store. Our customers rely on us to have the products they want in stock, and it is your job to make sure that happens. You will be responsible for checking and organising stock, making sure that the oldest products are placed at the front and the newest at the back. This will help us avoid any wastage and keep our shelves looking fresh and well-stocked.

Along with stock rotation, providing exceptional customer service is also a top priority for us. As a Stock Assistant, you will be interacting with customers daily, so having a friendly and helpful attitude is a must. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries and helping them locate products, as well as providing product knowledge. Our goal is to create a positive shopping experience for every customer, and we believe great customer service is the key to achieving that.

Keeping the store clean and organised is also an important part of the role. As a team, we take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy store for our customers.
