Stock Condition Surveyor – Housing Association – About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing a Lancashire Housing Association who are looking for a temporary Stock Condition Surveyor on an 6-week contract. This role pays £25 per survey with Stock Condition Surveyors averaging 7-10 surveys a day. The patch covers Liverpool, Lancashire and Manchester but is determined based on your home address to minimise travel.

Stock Condition Surveyor - Housing Association – About The Role:

• Undertake Condition Surveys on the housing stock to support the development of future programmes of work
• Undertake assessment of health and safety issues using the Decent Homes HHSRS framework, raise remedial works and improvements identified at survey
• Assist in the research and provision of any data that is required

Stock Condition Surveyor – Housing Association – What You Need:

• Experience in a Social Housing setting is desirable
• Experience of collecting and analysing buildings condition data
• UK Driving Licence
