Stock Condition Surveyor

TSA surveying is in an exciting partnership with a prominent Building Surveying Consultancy, searching for a DEA/Stock Condition Surveyor in the Northeast. This contract represents 3 months of work.

The role mainly involves the use of a tablet to record the condition of social housing stock in the Tyneside region, along with EPC energy information.

Candidates must be accredited Domestic Energy Assessors, and ideally have experience conducting Stock Condition surveys within social housing. Candidates with a background in construction and social housing have also fared well in this role.
