SalaryOur client, based in Croydon & Mitcham, is currently recruiting for three Stock Condition Surveyors on a 2-month temporary contract with potential for future work.
The position is due to start in the first week of February on a full-time basis. The rate per survey is £22 LTD per flat and £26 LTD per house with a £3 no answer rate.
The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting Stock Condition surveys in social housing properties and hold a full UK driving license.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Conducting Stock Condition surveys on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately
Understanding life cycles to identify how old installations are to be able to accurately estimate when it will need replacing
Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices
Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to work being carried out
Working in accordance with changing legislation, as well as H&S policies and procedures
Experience required:
Stock condition surveys
Social housing properties
