SalaryOur client, based in the West Midlands are currently recruiting for multiple Stock Condition Surveyors/EPC Assessors on 6-month ongoing contracts.
These positions are due to start as soon as possible as there are over 4000 surveys needing to be completed. The rate per survey ranges from £20 - £44 for Stock Condition only properties and others Stock Condition & EPC rates.
The ideal candidates will have experience conducting Stock Condition & EPCs on social housing properties and hold a full UK driving license.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Conducting Stock Condition surveys and EPCs on social housing units
Ensuring buildings are designed and constructed so that there are appropriate provisions for the early warning of fire, and appropriate means of escape in case of fire from the building to a place of safety
Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices
Working in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and procedures
Experience required:
Stock Condition Surveys and EPCs
Understanding of domestic energy assessments
Social housing environment experience
