Stock Conditioning Surveyor

We are proud to be partnering with an award-winning nationwide Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a Stock Condition Surveyor on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position based in Trafford, with hybrid working and a salary of £33,000 to £38,000 per annum, with a £1,300 car allowance on top of this.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HHRS and Stock Condition Surveying as well as Social Housing experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting the Asset Management team to help improve their stock intelligence

• Helping to plan the long-term asset strategy with a budget of £200 per year

• Carrying out stock condition surveys across a patch of social housing properties and including areas such as dwellings, communal areas and garages

• Ensuring that all data is recorded onto a PDA system and ensuring all works were completed in line with HHSRS

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Stock Condition Surveying experience

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Knowledge of Fitness for Human Habitation Act
