Bennett and Game Recruitment are currently working with a well-established outdoor leisure supplier based in the Redditch area. An exciting opportunity has come up for a Stock Control and Product Administrator to join their team.
Our client specialises in offering a wide range of outdoor leisure products and has some major long-standing contracts with some well-known retailers.
Stock Control and Product Administrator Position Overview
- Process customer orders and generate necessary paperwork
- Communicate with carriers for delivery updates and keep customers informed
- Create internal documents such as collection notes and credit requests
- Handle overflow calls from the switchboard
- Use various communication methods to correspond with stakeholders
- Raise purchase orders for direct container shipments if needed
- Maintain records and schedule direct container shipments to customers
- Obtain credit card authorisation for sales when required
- Report unresolved issues to the Customer Service Manager weekly
- Dealing with customs documents
- Assist the Stock and Control Manager where required including stocktakes
Stock Control and Product Administrator Position Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good IT experience including Microsoft packages
- Experience in a logistics environment (Desirable)
- Adaptable and able to prioritise tasks effectively
Stock Control and Product Administrator Position Remuneration
- Salary 25k - 27k DOE
- Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm)
