Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Stockroom Clerk to work part-time at our company based in Leicester, England. The position requires at least 4 years of relevant experience in inventory management and a good level of interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization and management of our stockroom, ensuring that all products are properly stored, labeled, and accounted for.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive deliveries and organize products within the stockroom- Ensure all products are labeled and stored in the correct location- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile any discrepancies- Conduct regular stock checks and report any issues to senior management- Assist with the preparation and shipping of products as needed- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the stockroom- Communicate effectively with other members of staff
Requirements:- At least 4 years of relevant experience in inventory management- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills- Good computer skills and experience in using inventory management software- Ability to work independently and take initiative- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with others- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- High attention to detail and accuracy- Must be able to work part-time hours
Salary:The salary range for the position of Stockroom Clerk at Next is between 8.5 and 10.5 in UK local currency, depending on experience and qualifications.
Note:This is a Part-Time position.
