As a Store Administrator – your day might look like this:

Arranging appointments for our customers to have their flooring fitted
Delivering an exceptional customer experience across various channels; face to face, on the phone or online
Working closely with the store team to ensure everything is as it should be paperwork-wise and that the customer gets a seamless experience from the point of order to fitting
Being our in-store communication and co-ordination expert, keeping everyone organised and informed

Some experience of administration/co-ordination
A methodical approach and keen attention to detail
Confidence to communicate with customers and contractors
Confidence in tackling tech (PC or tablet literate) and working with numbers/data
