Zachary Daniels are exclusively working with an exquisite Luxury Store in the heart of the London. This rare opportunity is not one to be missed, they are looking for a dynamic, client focused Store Director to head up the flagship location where you will be at the sharp end of out clients retail portfolio.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a strong luxury background, excellent clientelling/CRM focus and is used to managing a larger team.
Roles and Responsibilities as a Store Director
As the Store Director of the flagship, you will be the face of the brand across national and International events and meetings. You will nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to help drive sales, build lasting loyalty to the Brand. Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan. Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
Operationally, you will manage efficient back of house team and ensure consistency with established operational procedures. Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices. Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.
Other Store Director Duties Include:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store and increase sales.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury retail management
- We will consider applications from Area Managers or Regional Managers who want to focus on a single store opportunity
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Knowledge of inventory management, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
