SalaryWe have an exciting, rare opportunity as a Store Managerfor a leading self-storage company. You will work with the Regional Manager to manage the day to day running and growth of the store and will be based in the reception office area helping customers to rent storage units and more.

Store Manager Duties such as:
- Promote the conversion of prospects into customers
- Document interest and follow up in a timely manner
- Sell services, merchandise and extras where suitable
- Analyse and report on KPI s of the store and P&L performance, ensuring the store maximises revenue opportunities through all streams
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Provide excellent customer service
- Regular checks throughout the whole store
- Help keep the store clean and tidy
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
- Supervise, mentor and train staff with regular appraisals
- Ensure compliance of company financial procedures
- To identify areas for improvement and make appropriate suggestions
Hours:
- Full time, 40 hours over 5 days a week
- Monday to Saturday availability required (5 days within opening hours of Monday - Friday: 8:30am to 6pm, Saturday: 10am to 4pm, Sundays and bank holidays closed).
The Store Manager role will suit someone with:
- Excellent sales skills - previous management experience in a storage or sales environment
- Self motivated, punctual and reliable
- Good communication skills with confidence, drive and enthusiasm
- Happy working in a small team
