Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ferryhill for a Store Manager at Lutterworth Central Stores Ltd. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing scheduling and staffing, ensuring a high level of customer service, creating and implementing company policies and procedures, and enforcing health and safety regulations.
Hours
40.0 hours a week including evening and weekends
Qualifications
● A minimum of 1 years of management experience in a retail environment
● Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
● Excellent customer service skills
● Experience in inventory management, ordering, and receiving of merchandise
● Strong financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting
● Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and proper cleaning procedures
● Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays
● Bachelor's degree is preferred
