JOB PURPOSE
You will be responsible for effectively managing the day to day running of our new West London store with the support of management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a positive, friendly and energetic person with experience delivering an excellent store experience with the required leadership, organisation and ownership to ensure the smooth day to day running and management of our soon to open Hot Futures, West London store.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day to day running of the store
- Ensuring store standards are of the highest possible standard and replenishing stock on a regular basis
- Delivering high levels of customer service to customers and assisting with product questions and other brand education
- Managing store team members and delegating tasks where appropriate to ensure merchandising standards are consistently achieved
- Responsible for liaising with management to ensure store team is briefed on any information and guidance from HQ.
- Able to effectively manage and motivate other members of the store team to deliver excellent customer service
- Responsible for unpacking deliveries from stores, assisting shop team with unpacking and merchandising deliveries, in store stock taking and other such duties
- Responsible for assisting with training of new staff members in relation to customer service standards, merchandising standards and software systems and operational systems, as required.
- Regularly report any store, stock or other issues to management.
- Assisting management with staffing at the store and reporting back with effective feedback about new store team applicants and joiners.
- Ensure all store equipment and technology is working and fully operational, raising any concerns to management immediately
- Building strong relationships with other store team members to encourage and support staff to drive sales in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Adhoc administration including organising stock, stationary and supermarket orders, general administrative store tasks.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Ability to work well in a team and confidently manage others
- Happy to take on responsibility and show maturity and leadership when working with the store team
- Ability to work in a busy store environment
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to deliver amazing customer service
- Experience as a Store Manager or assistant manager for a premium fashion brand
