The role will be comprised of driving service through your team on the shop floor to allow for optimal performance levels. As a Store Manager there will also be a requirement to undertake compliance related matters and ensuring your team fulfil their potential.
Coming from a retail background, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience providing high levels of customer service. The candidate will also have prior experience handling operational processes.
