About the Role
As a Store Manager you will lead a team and effectively manage all business KPls maximising store sales and profitability.
Building a strong, cohesive and effective management team
Controlling trade expenses and being responsible for maintaining Store administration, stock security and Cash Desk
Leading by example to maintain a high standard of staff morale, appearance, timekeeping and behaviour
Effectively communicating with staff and the management team on all relevant matters
Ensuring that the highest standard of professional service is maintained at all times
Planning and evaluating both Window and Interior displays based on the Display Guide
Managing staff issues sensitively and effectively and in a professional manner
Interviewing and recruiting the best people available for all vacancies
Training and developing all levels of staff to their maximum potential
About You
A minimum of 2 years retail management experience
An enthusiastic person who is comfortable with responsibility
A person with excellent communication skills
Someone who is resilient, approachable and has a good sense of humour
Someone who has the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver consistency in exceptional service whilst driving all stores KPls
