Our client, a fast paced Retail Brand is looking to hire a Store Manager Designate to join their Team in Weston Super Mare and to cover other stores in the region such as Bristol & Taunton.

This role of Store Manager Designate is specifically designed to ensure that our client has a succession plan and is developing future Store Managers for their business.

The business is a retailler that is continuing to grow and has plans in plcae to open more stores in 2024 and the role of Store Manager Designate will give you the opportunity to further develop your skills and experience and you will be given opportunity to manage other stores within the region on a planned and ad hoc basis to cover Store Manager holidays etc.

Stores will include: Bristol & Taunton and additional stores considered to be within a reasonable commuting distance.
It is therefore essential that you have a driving licence to be able to travel within a defined geographical area.

The role of Store Manager Designate is a really exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to expand their management experience as you will be required to oversee all aspects of the store operation including the teams you are responsible for.

The successful Store Manager Designate will have:

• Supervisory or Management experience in a retail environment
• Drive and ambition
• Great Sales and Customer Service skills
• Experience of working to KPIs and Targets
• Coaching and Training experience
