We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager Designate for a very creative, vibrant, market leading retailer who are enjoying continuous success. We want a Store Manager who is passionate about the customer experience, enjoys engaging with customers and can motivate their team to achieve the highest levels of performance at all times.

Our client has a high concentration of stores across West Yorkshire, with big plans for 2024, we want to bring in a Store Manager who can support existing stores and then take over their own store! The successful Store Manager will be able to work in Huddersfield, Bradford, Leeds, Wakefield so flexibility is required. In return, out client can offer a very generous basic salary and a fantastic earning potential!

The role of a Store Manager is diverse, challenging, rewarding and hugely enjoyable; this really is a role that lets you utilise your retail skills and experience. As a Store Manager you will represent the brand at all times, have a strong focus with your customers as well as driving and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities as a Store Manager:

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Lead a team to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times
• Customer centric; ensure the team interact with customers
• Manage the performance of the management staff and all sales assistants
• Responsible for all appraisals and performance reviews
• Operationally strong with a focus on delivery and productivity
• Recruit, induct and train a team to focus on sales and adding value to the customer experience
• Have fun and create a great place to work

Our client has an excellent salary of up to £38,000 basic with bonuses, benefits and a high earning potential. You will be able to earn over £45-50k once in store.
