The role of an Boutique Manager is a great role for a customer centric manager, someone who understands the importance of a luxury experience of all customers and guests.

We are keen to speak to Managers with experience of managing in Luxury retail environments and can demonstrate sales growth. Full product training is provided, but, candidates from luxury fashion, footwear, cosmetics, jewellery, accessories or luxury cars would be an advantage.
This role will give you the autonomy to drive your business in the way you see fit, our client will give you the freedom to actually retail and deliver results.

- Experience of working with leading luxury products ideally Watches or Jewellery
- Drive sales and performance with your management team
- Undertake specialist service for high value clientele
- Outgoing, confident and driven to succeed
- Provide a unique luxury service to high value clients and customers
- Manage a team to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times
Our new Store Manager will be an active presence in your store, you will be willing and able to support colleagues to develop and progress their careers. It is important that you can work with your Brand/Retail Director and be able to manage all aspects of the store in their absence. With a background in premium retail, we are seeking an established Store Manager who can succeed in an extremely competitive retail environment.
As a proven retail manager, you will be truly passionate about luxury retail, a Manager who is passionate about their store and will work hard to constantly achieve the required levels of success.
