We have partnered with a beautiful luxury Bridal brand, who requires a Store Manager for a year.
This brand is known for its personal, bespoke approach with customers in-order to deliver that dream dress.
Within this role, you will be based between the flagship store and Head Office hosting all bespoke bridal appointments.
Within this role you will need to have an in-depth understanding of luxury service, and experience in the bridal or the bespoke/couture fashion sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Impeccable customer service.
- Be able to develop and inspire your sales team.
- You will have a superb eye and be able to style brides.
- Diary management
- Clienteling.
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Support the bridal team across departments for all bridal clients.
- Managing the timeline of all bridal journeys
- Hosting fitting appointments with Head Fitter for all alterations
- Visual merchandising
- Managing targets within the department
- Developing strategies to increase sales.
Skills required.
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate with a good understanding of Excel and Outlook

- Good understanding of garment construction/design
- Industry awareness and strong knowledge of market trends
