Salary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Store manager to join a Menswear boutique in Marylebone London on a permanent basis. This store has a lovely team and you'll be working in a great location!
Opening hours 11am to 6pm Tuesday to Saturday, and 12pm to 6pm on Sunday. Must be able to work Saturday!
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for staff recruitment, training and management in their store, along with appraisals and staff discipline
- Creating a positive and friendly working environment where team members enjoy working for the
company and are encouraged and resourced to develop is a key to a Store Manager’s role
- Ensure that the company’s stock management procedures are implemented and adhered to by their teams.
- Responsible for implementing the company’s Customer Service
Procedure in their store
The successful candidate:
- Will have strong people and time management skills.
- You will be commercially minded, with an interest in fashion and retail.
-Must have premium or luxury experience working with menswear stores.
