Store Manager - Women's Fashion

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Store Manager to join a high street womenswear retailer based in Milton Keynes. This brand is known for catering products for womenswear apparel and accessories.
This is a full time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for staff recruitment, training and management in their store, along with appraisals and staff discipline
- Creating a positive and friendly working environment where team members enjoy working for the
company and are encouraged and resourced to develop is a key to a Store Manager’s role
- Ensure that the company’s stock management procedures are implemented and adhered to by their teams.
- Seeking out commercial opportunities within local area
- Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to Head Office
- Lead well by example, driving sales, stock and KPI performance
The successful candidate:
- Senior Management experience
- Will have strong people and time management skills.
- You will be commercially minded, with an interest in fashion and retail.
