SalaryWe have an excellent and new opportunity for a Store Manager to join our new to open Burton-upon-Trent store.
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the store. You should be passionate about the delivery of excellent customer service, leading by example in all areas of conduct and ensuring all areas of the shop floor have strong visual standards.
You will focus on driving sales and maximising store profitability, while providing industry leading service on the high street. You will continue to exceed your stores KPIs and maintain the company standards while following company guidelines.
To be a successful Store Manager you will:
- Have gained management skills in either a retail, hospitality or leisure environment, ideally managing a team of at least 5 colleagues.
- Be commercially savvy, with the ability to maximise the financial performance of your store and effectively manage budgets
- Be a real people-person, always accessible and hugely passionate when it comes to recruiting, developing and empowering your team.
- Thrive on responsibility; you'll make it your job to exceed our expectations as well as your customers.
