Store Manager

We are currently supporting them in their search for a new Store Manager. This role will ideally suit an existing Manager, Deputy or senior supervisor taking first Managers role.

Job Purpose

To ensure that all actions are governed by company KPI’s and objectives. To maximise and drive branch sales to set company targets. To minimise branch stock loss and control branch costs within company budgets. To ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. To recruit, train and develop branch staff to a pre-determined level of efficiency that is acceptable to the company. To maintain exceptional store appearance and merchandising standards that complies with the companies vision

You will be a Branch key holder registered with the police and key holders are liable to be called out to the store out of working hours in the event of a disturbance or emergency.
