Job Type: Full Time (Mondays - 8hr shift between 10am & 8pm Weds & Fri 2pm-10pm Saturdays 4pm- Midnight Hours)

Sam, our Site Director at Sedgemoor Services on the M5 Southbound near Burnham-on-Sea is looking for a Store person to join his busy McDonald’s team.

Joining the McDonald’s team will give you the opportunity to support our Business Manager ensuring we provide our customers with the iconic “Big Mac'' or any other of their freshly prepared food and drinks while providing exceptional customer service.

This position is a premanent role with a set shift pattern based around our delivery schedule.

Main responsibilities to include:

• Physical acceptance of deliveries
• Stock rotation - ensuringFIFO and food hygiene standards are maintained
• Supporting management with accurate stock counts
• General back of house cleaning duties

What experience do I need?

Ideally we would love you to have worked in a restaurant, bar, cafe, shop, or any type of catering or retail business and have a passion for providing a great customer experience and love working with people. You will be responsible for supporting the Manager with the training of Team members to enable them to learn and grow. You will be an operations expert, leading areas and providing coaching and direction to all Trew members to build their skills and confidence.

You will also be a role model for others carrying out all their own duties to the required standards and delivering a first class customer experience. 

Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a McDonald’s environment before, because full training will be provided and you will be given anything you need to excel in your job while helping you grow both personally and professionally.
