SalaryBralin Recruitment part of the Absolute Solutions group is looking for x2 FLT Counterbalance and Reach Lience drivers to join a client based in Winsford Cheshire, who offer you the chance to be come part of the team in a huge ever expanding company.
Key Objectives
Reporting to the Management Team you will be responsible for unloading/loading of deliveries in a safe and efficient manner. You will be required to move materials across the factory to the correct staging areas. You will also load/unload pallet racking, ensuring all documentation is recorded accurately and be responsible for yard tidiness.
Responsibilities include:
· Distribute stock to various locations around the factory and document.
· Goods Out - load safely, check off, locate and document accurately.
· Checking loads are secure.
· Ensure stock is stored in the correct location and record any movements.
· Performing and recording daily equipment checks on all equipment.
· Maintaining production area housekeeping.
· Minimise waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently.
· Operating all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
· Assist in stores when required.
· Responsible for allocated stock locations including regular scheduled stock checks, area housekeeping.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Essential – Counterbalance/Reach Truck Licence
- Experienced and competent in operating Counterbalance/Reach Truck Licence
- Organised, proactive and self motivated individual
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to ensure production output target and quality is maintained
Employee Benefits:
- £13.30 PER HOUR
· Overtime Monday – Friday paid at 1.25 x the hourly rate
· Overtime on weekends paid at 1.5 x the hourly rate
Working Hours:
Your hours of work will be 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch each day) with a 3.30pm finish on a Friday.
You will be expected on occasion to work later in the evening or weekends as business needs require.
