We're currently on the lookout for an Administrator, a key player to join our Stores Team at Construction Services in the heart of Carlton, Barnsley.
The Role of the Stores Administrator:
Your quest will involve:
- Crafting and dispatching correspondence to our allies (internal and external customers)
- Processing orders with precision via our electronic stock control system
- Mastering Excel spreadsheets for analysis
- Data entry
- Filing and archiving electronic documents
- Keeping our electronic documents up-to-date
Requirements
- An eye for detail
- Self-management & task organisation skills
- Experience with software applications including Microsoft Office, bespoke databases, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with people on all levels.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to review and improve current processes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
