Join a family-run engineering company as a Stores Administrator and Assistant.
THE JOB:
As someone with an eye for detail, you will be responsible for ensuring products leave the company right first time. This will include;
- Printing dispatch notes
- Record materials and parts on to an IT system
- Liaise with other departments when materials and parts arrive
- Manage sales invoices
- Arrange goods to be collected
- Transfer stock from the warehouse to vans
- Run reports
- General administration duties.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Good level of IT ability and a willingness to learn
- Able to multi-task and prioritise work
- Punctual
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £22,000 - £25,000
