Our Professional Services team at SF Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Store Manager for our retail store in Avonmouth, Bristol.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the store's retail sales and performance, as well as leading and managing a team to maintain high standards and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the store's facilities align with brand standards.
• Achieve targets while managing costs, minimising waste, and preventing cash shortages.
• Oversee stock, orders, and deliveries, promptly reporting any shortages or damages.
• Provide fast and professional service to customers.
• Recruit, train, and oversee team performance.
• Accurately complete daily cashing and banking tasks within designated timelines.
• Ensure product availability, effective merchandising, and the success of in-store promotions.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure the store operates safely and legally, including adherence to food safety standards.
