Ashgrove Motorbody Company operates Scotland’s largest independent Bodyshop group and offers a range of garage services to insurance, commercial and private customers alike. An opportunity has become available for a Parts Person to join our team in Elgin. You will ensure that the Parts department provides an effective service to the other departments in the Company, and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities are:
· Identifying parts requirements accurately and to process orders efficiently
· Order parts and accessories from external suppliers
· Ensure all parts are charged out correctly against relevant account with correct quantities and discounts
· Organise the documentation and collection of return parts
To be effective in this role you will be computer literate and be able to work as part of a team. Knowledge of working in the Automotive industry and experience of using Management systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. This position offers a superb opportunity to join a progressive and committed company, 29 days holiday (including bank hols), company pension scheme.
