Job role: Stores Technician - Temp to Perm Salary: GBP27,000 (rising to GBP29,000 after probationary period) Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Hours: 8.00-16.45 Monday to Thursday, 8.30-13.00 Fridays Job Type: Full Time, Permanent The Company: Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established manufacturer of mixing, metering and dispensing systems based in Wellingborough on their search for an experienced Stores Technician/Person to join their team. The Benefits Salary of GBP27,000 rising to GBP29,000 upon completion of probationary period Overtime midweek, 1.5x Saturdays 29 days holiday including bank holidays + 4 days over Christmas shutdown Pension Scheme Medical Scheme On-site parking The Role Receive all deliveries and check goods received to ensure they all correct and of a good quality. Maintain the equipment in the stores room, ensuring any rectification is carried out efficiently and effectively. Manage inventory, ensuring that the Sage 200 system is correct and up to date. Build up stock kits and assist with the packing of items and machinery. Regularly carry out stock take, highlighting any errors if required. Carry out all work according to company procedures and Health & Safety Policies. The Requirements Previous experience working as a stores person (essential) Understanding of Sage 200 stock system (essential) Computer and IT literate (essential) Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work methodically and efficiently (essential) Forklift Truck Licence (advantageous) Must be physically fit as there may be some heavy lifting Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
